Frauenshuh Building Services (FBS)
Effective January 1, 2007, all tenant service requests for Metro Office Park must be made through the (FBS) Frauenshuh Building Services system.   The FBS system is designed to provide all Frauenshuh tenants with the most efficient maintenance and engineering service possible.  The service requests are monitored and dispatched 24/7 to enable fast response to tenant needs during both business and non-business hours.

There are three ways to submit a building service request:

Please be sure to identify yourself, your company name, your building address and suite number, and your telephone number, along with a description of the work required.
