Conference and Seminar Room Reservations

Conference rooms are located in every building for the convenient use of our tenants.  The smaller conference rooms are designed to fit 8-12 people at no charge.  The large seminar rooms seat approximately 60 people and can be reserved during business hours for a fee of $75.00 (half day – 4 hours); $150.00 (whole day – 8 hours) or $50.00 for the evening (6-10 p.m.).  For conference room availabilities and reservations, please contact the Management Office at (952) 854-1170.
